Hi there,

I am Robert and I am a businessman. I can understand your problem. If you can the growth in the business you have to make a strategy. It is not bad to run a business with friends but to make it successful you have to make rules. You should divide the departments like sales, marketing, accounts etc. among them. There should be a head of departments who manage all the departments and make the record of business. Do it for some time and I assure you that you will definitely get the profit.
