Men and women should use their natural strengths when it comes to negotiating, Tim Sackett writes. Since research has shown that flirting helps women achieve what they want in business, women should "get your flirt on -- embrace it, have fun with it -- see how far you can push the envelope with it," he writes.

Same here. Flirting to get what you want? Ridiculous. If a man did this he'd get accused on some form of inappropriate conduct. So why would women even consider doing this!

i think this is an interesting one really.
Men can be said to use their ego or aggressive side, we see this as a 'male' trait so why shouldnt women use their 'feminine charm' to get what you want?

Flirting works, why not use it? As long as you arent sleeping your way to the top ('doing an Evita' i think its called) then I don't really see the problem. People are doing way less ethical things in business!

Hmpf. Flirting is everywhere! Hehe, Flirting by use of business? Mmmm, I think it is better, than you flirt with someone else who didn't deserve and without anything in return, or should I say it's just only for fun. It's kinda wasting of time and non sense at all! Rolling Eyes
