Amongst other findings, a study has found that backache is the most common cause of absence from work.

Since so many of us spend so much time sitting at a desk or computer these days, should the practice of adopting good posture not be taught to us from a very early age?

Well... a lot of back problems don't manifest themselves until much later. People develop poor posture over time but don't necessarily suffer the ill-effects until decades later.

Well, I see what you're saying but it's the interests of both individuals and the state that we don't have bad backs / time off work, etc. If it's the main cause for people being off sick nowadays, then it perhaps needs addressing somehow.

Right posture is very imp. or you will face a lot of troubles in your life later
