Interesting post.

I notice a different trend but maybe it is changing for you guys to.

For me OK google is still number one but pinterest is going strong. Definitly passing Facebook and twitter. And when i pin i see a fair amount of repins so that helps me to.

I now got to the point that i want each post i make on my blogs pinned but getting the right plugin for wordpress to do that automatically is not easy Sad

That is the nice thing about pinterest the repins Wink

I have items that have hundreds of repins bringing a nice amount of traffic to my sites.

Pinterest brings in a lot more traffic to my site then facebook and twitter do.

I guess it depends on what line of work you are in, or which you work with most. Pinterest certainly doesn't pass Facebook and Twitter for us, even though a lot of what I'm doing is quite visual...

Paul I have to agree with you on that.

Products we sell are are highly popular and visual and then when someone picks it up through a search on pinterest often it gets repinned through a lot of their friends and friends of friends.

Good to see you're still keeping busy, George.

I notice you have deviated away from travel. Is business going ok for you?

You have to keep busy Paul Wink

Yes travel kind died down with a lot of my partners leaving the affiliate marketing part or lowering the payouts to almost nothing.

My current model seems to attract a wider audience and has a much wider selections of partners witch also pay better.

for me it was totally worth the switch
