Interesting article on the BBC site today and about Starbucks wanting to get more personal with its customers.

What do you think?

I never go in Starbucks. Call me tight if you will, but I can get tea for free at work, why would I want to go downstairs and pay a couple of quid for something I can get for free?

It's very, very rare that I ever go into Starbucks. It just seems to be overpriced for what's on offer. So I wouldn't want them even to consider me as being a customer.

I've read about this, I don't think I will - It's a good idea but it can be a little invading.

It's a nice touch but imposed friendliness is just as mechanical as using reference numbers.

I'm also not a frequent customer. It seems more like a fashion statement to be seen drinking in Starbucks as much as it is about drinking coffee.

Shufflebottom always raises a smile from others but usually is greeted with a sigh from the attendant Twisted Evil

I actually knew a bloke called Paul Shufflebottom, and he hate his name Crying or Very sad

He changed it by deed poll to Ivor Shufflebottom Laughing

Hello yes I give my name Arnoud but in most of the time they write it the wrong way!
Personally I think it is no problem to give your name. But I do not give my adress of bankaccount code!!!
