,.yeah i love coffee. actually i drink it every morning to catch some energy into it.
but when i was young, younger than today...(hehe) i used to drink milk but i realized that it's not good for me, because I'm gaining weight due to its content. so one of my friends told me that instead of drinking milk every morning why not try coffee, she also said that its good because of it's anti oxidant content(for aging). so i take her advice and now? I really love coffee I think every day I used to drink 3 cups of it.

i never used to like coffee at all, then when i started working around a 8 months ago i started drinking it - alot- maybe aronud 5 cups a day!

Although i ahve not completely cut it out, i found that my stomach didnt react well and would churn into overdrive possibly from the caffine. I dont think my body agreed to it. And i found that i was only tired for a few days after and not dont rely on coffe to get me through the day

Hello,

I love to drink coffee, mainly white coffee or coffee with milk in the morning, afternoon and at night as I'm a coffee freak who drink a lot of coffee.

It's my favorite drinks. I do drink black coffee but not too much.

Used to drink cofee at Coffee Beans, Starbucks, Gloria Jeans and SF Coffee but nowadays, I cut down a lot of these coffee joints and I will just hang out at the local small coffee shops for the cuppas.

Hahaha..time is bad, kind of cutting down on expenses by drinking cheaper coffee.

They are good too comparing with those designer coffee joints.

Cheers !
Vince

I don't like coffee but it is very necessary for me to drink at least 2 cups if I'm going to make it through the day in at least a semi-alert state… on a busy day more cups than that. I seem to spend half my day wiping coffee stains off my desk!

If you're spilling it everywhere, it's clearly not waking you up properly. Rolling Eyes

Haha! It's a good point. Maybe it's time to get a third cup involved and see if that steadies my shaky hands!

I was chatting to a couple of mates last night who were saying they actually get headaches and start to feel sick when they don't drink coffee.. I didn't know that it could have such a big effect on people. Does anyone else have similar withdrawal symptoms with coffee?

Chris

So I just got back from a weeks holiday. For the first few days I couldn't figure out why I had a migraine every single morning. Turns out I wasn't drinking coffee each (unlike at work) so was getting withdrawl symptoms. One triple Espresso fix me right up.

That's a little scary though, right?

I personally find coffee disgusting, I can't stand the smell, the look or the taste, it amkes me feel sick being around it too long.
