Animation and flash design !!!

I’ve been trying to design a site with the help of dreamweaver and photoshop but lack knowledge in animation or flash design. I need help learning every part of it and all of it's functions. Can anyone post a tutorial or a link so that flash work can be built in without much of coding? thank you.

I 2nd Swish!!
Its a fantastic pieces of software for creating flash. You can jst insert an image, right click, and you have 100s of different flash effects that you can add to your image.

The only cons with Swish, are they currently dont make a version of it for Mac and I found it compresses some images too much.

But overall, very quick and easy to use. I think you can download a trial version from their site for testing!
