It was learning at work day yesterday. Did you do anything to 'celebrate'? How do you traditionally learn in your job?

It aims to draw attention to the importance of workplace learning and skills. Each year, thousands of organisations take part in LAW Day and stage fun and business-related learning activities to help their staff learn new skills that they can put into action at work.

I think I only find myself learning on something when I feel like I am beginning to like what I am doing. Sometimes my mind is very close to the idea that I'm learning a lot already specially if I don't really like what I'm doing.

If you love your job, I guess every small pieces you know will worth as learning.

I think that what you say is right, Janet. I find that I learn things, great and small, every day. This is what is refered to as experience later on in life.

Because I work for myself I find that I have to learn about all sorts of things everyday in order to move on in my businesses.

I also teach others so it is important that I learn about people and what they want to know.

All this makes life so interesting.
