Well, I don’t agree that women are more stable with jobs as compared to the men. The reason being women have so many problems, like they take care of domestic matters, look after kids, got certain medical and natural problems, whereas, men are literally not involved in any such services that’s why they are stable in jobs. What do you guys think of it?

I think it is very sexist to suggest women are more 'domestic' and have 'medical matters.' You should be able to judge if an employee is stabled based upon his or hers abilities, not their sex.

There is no matter of man or women,
It's based on the abilities of everyone that he/she has.

It depends on their job, I'm not sure who deals better with stress, men or women but I think women get a lot more emotional over things that men would just shrug off.

I respect all your opinion Guys. All of you has a point. Even so, I think whatever who you are, either boy or girl. It depends on your satisfaction in life, and if your working environment fits you. Thumbs up Norman, it only depends on how far can she/he performs their skills. Wink
